About Me

My name is Dr Jordan Quinn. I am a clinical psychologist offering psychological interventions to individuals and organisations who are looking for cutting-edge, reliable, straight-forward and thoughtful support to achieve their goals. My clinical expertise in these areas has been developed over the last twelve years from working across different organisations, such as the NHS, the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service, private care providers, and a Statutory Public Inquiry. This has meant that I have a unique and valuable skill set in providing useful support to address anxiety, trauma, and burnout for individuals in the form of therapy, but also on a wider organisational level when these difficulties are affecting the workplace in terms of staff wellbeing, morale, team functioning, and delivering products on time. I deliver support both online and inperson. For the latter, you would be very welcome to meet with me in my base near St Austell.

Find out more about what I can offer you by taking a look at my website’s pages. If what you have in mind doesn’t seem to quite fit with what I have outlined, please feel free to email me to discuss your circumstances and requirements.

I believe that at times we need extra help from a supportive and qualified person to allow time to think, to be listened to, and to plan towards a better quality of life in spite of upsetting, challenging, or traumatic life experiences. As mental health difficulties related to burnout and workplace stress often happen in the context of relationships, so too does the healing. I also believe that experiencing mental health difficulties does not mean a failure to cope, but rather that this is the brain and body’s way of letting us know that a change is needed.
