Support Packages for a Healthy and Productive Workforce
It is well-known that staff with lower emotional resilience and poorer emotional well-being reduces consequent productivity and quality of work. To counter-act this, I am offering a support package to professional service businesses to boost staff emotional wellbeing.
For a rate of £500 a month, this package guarantees two one-hour sessions of emotional support a week, which would be bookable by staff on an as-needed basis. Sessions allow staff to talk through difficult feelings they have in connection with their work and to also learn coping skills if needed.

When would emotional support be useful?
- After difficult client work
- After a busy period of intense work and long hours
- During organisational change
- When staff members are struggling with their mental health

What does emotional support help address?
- Burnout
- Stress
- Low Morale
- Low mood
- Worry
- Workplace conflict
What are the benefits of this package?
- Quick access to an emotional support session- available within five working days from the initial request at most!
- Boost productivity and prevent staff burnout and poor morale after difficult client work and/or organisational change. The less staff feel preoccupied, the more thinking resource there is for delivering work at pace.
- Access to a chartered clinical psychologist experienced in working with the corporate sector. My doctoral training represents the highest level of qualification available in psychological therapies.
- Access to a greater level of qualification and experience in emotional support, compared to other employee assistant programmes that tend to provide staff who have a basic level of training and awareness of the sector.
- Regular production of key metrics on how your staff are experiencing my support, so you know what benefits are being achieved.
- Competitive pricing. At full usage, individual sessions costs £62.5 per hour which is nearly half the typical rate for a psychologist in the private sector.
- Scalable according to your business’s needs and demands.
- Add-ons are available which include longer-term staff counselling, staff wellbeing webinars, team functioning interventions, and consultation to senior leadership on dilemmas related to governance or mental health in the workplace.

I believe that at times we need extra help from a supportive and qualified person to allow time to think, to be listened to, and to plan towards a better quality of life in spite of upsetting, challenging, or traumatic life experiences. As mental health difficulties often happen in the context of relationships, so too does the healing. I also believe that experiencing mental health difficulties does not mean a failure to cope, but rather that this is the brain and body’s way of letting us know that a change is needed.
